Life Time Achievement Award:

Award will be awarded to any Life Member having a 20-year exceptional contribution, commitment to academics and research, administration, for continued energy, persistence, and dedication to inclusiveness of scientific thought through participation and leadership in the field of extension science. This Award carries a certificate, a plaque and a citation etc.

SEE Fellow Award:

This award will be awarded to any Life Member with two years’ experience as a Professor or Principal Scientist fulfilling following criteria. The candidates may be recommended by any two Life Members of the Society. This Award carries a certificate, a plaque and a citation etc.

• Life Member of SEE for 12 years.
• Contributions made to SEE in various capacities include significant contributions made as executive committee member of SEE or editor/associate editor of IRJEE or helping in organizing national Congress by the society or improving financial position of SEE or presiding over SEE committee nominated by SEE Executive Committee for its various activities or any other significant contributions made to further the goals of SEE as professional body in any of the thematic areas at state, national or international level
• Outstanding Professional contribution in one of the following areas:

Education: Establishment/improvement of Extension Education in India to be judged on the basis of the establishment of a new Extension Education Institution or design of new courses & contents or guidance to Ph.D. and Masters students leading to recognition of students' thesis at Society organized Congress in National and International level.

Research: Pioneering research contribution that led to greater recognition of Extension Education Profession to be judged on the basis of the research publications in IRJEE, recognitions of research by national/international bodies, evidence of adoption of research outcome by stakeholders including farmers, recognition of technology developed by national/international bodies.

Field/Extension: Pioneering  efforts  in  field  applications  of  agriculture and allied technologies leading to mass adoption to be judged on the basis of supporting evidence of introduction of product or process with large scale adoption.

Industry: Corporate Member with pioneering efforts in establishment of industry in any recognized field of extension education that led to large scale employment of agriculture and allied technocrats and making available quality commercial product of international standards to Indian farmers/consumers. Annual domestic sale and export record. Industry should be at least 15 year old and should have been recognized by central/state Government and evidence of consumer acceptance for its quality product and services to farmers.

Dr. Daulat Singh Memorial Extension Education Excellence Award:

This award has been constituted in memory of a great educationist and researcher Dr. Daulat Singh who has spent his whole life in the improvement of the education system. The award will be conferred upon eminent Agricultural Scientists for their outstanding contribution to the promotion of extension science in the country. This will be awarded to any Life Member having a 15-year exceptional contribution, commitment to academics and research, administration, for continued energy, persistence, and dedication to inclusiveness of scientific thought through participation and leadership in the field of extension science. This Award carries a certificate, a plaque and a citation etc.

Dr. C. Prasad Memorial Eminence Award in Extension Education:

This award has been subsumed in the memory of a towering erudite academician, scientist and research manager in extension education. Dr. C Prasad who has lived his entire life for upholding the portrait of Extension Science. The award will be conferred upon the eminent and scholarly academician or scientist in the field of Extension Science for the phenomenal contribution to promote Extension Science Nationally and Internationally. This will be awarded to any Life Member having a 15-year exceptional contribution, commitment to academics and research, administration, for continued energy, persistence, and dedication to inclusiveness of scientific thought through participation and leadership in the field of extension science. This Award carries a certificate, a plaque and a citation etc.

International Science Excellence Award:

This award will be presented to the distinguished International Scientist, Academician or Researcher for his/her extraordinary contribution in the field of applied science impacting at the international level. This award aims to give value to and stimulate the effort of the International Scientific community in the creation of new knowledge. The award carries a certificate, plaque, etc.

Tribal Development Extension Award:

This Award will be presented to an Eminent Scientist, Academician or Researcher above 45 years of age at the time of application for his/her prodigious contribution to the development of the Scheduled Tribe population at the National or International level through Extension Advisory Services (EAS). The award carries a certificate, plaque, etc.

Remarkable Research Work Award:

This award is for extension professionals/scholars for their outstanding contributions performed in the field extension education.

Recognition Award:

Award will be conferred upon five very senior eminent Agricultural Scientists for their outstanding contribution for the promotion of extension science in the country.

Best Extension Professional Award:

This award will be awarded to any Life Member fulfilling following criteria. The candidates may be recommended by any two Life Members of the Society. This Award carries a certificate, a plaque etc.

• Life Member of SEE for 8 years.
• Contributions made to SEE in various capacities include significant contributions made as executive committee member of SEE or editor/associate editor of IRJEE or helping in organizing national Congress by the society or improving financial position of SEE or presiding over SEE committee nominated by SEE Executive Committee for its various activities or any other significant contributions made to further the goals of SEE as professional body in any of the thematic areas at state, national or international level.
• Outstanding Professional contribution in transfer of technology.

Young Scientist Award:

This award will be awarded to any Life Member serving Assistant Professor/ Junior Scientist/Young Professional/ energetic scholar. The candidates may be recommended by any two Life Members of the Society. This Award carries a certificate, a plaque etc.

• Life Member below the age of 45 years at the time of application.
• Outstanding Professional contribution in one of the areas namely education, research and field/ extension.
• The performance / contribution will be judged on the basis of the score card developed by the Society for the Young Scientist on the basis of the academic achievement, research achievement etc.

National Award for Best Master and Doctoral Thesis in Extension Education:

The Society of Extension Education, Agra, is thrilled to announce the  National Award for Best Master and Doctoral Thesis in Extension Education to recognize and celebrate outstanding contributions to the field of Extension Education. This initiative aims to encourage and honour exceptional research conducted by Master and Doctoral students, fostering innovation and excellence within the academic community. The award will be awarded solely on the principle of meritocracy. The objectives of the award are to recognize excellence in research, promote innovation, and foster academic excellence in Extension Education. The awards will be of national level and awards are open to Master's and Doctoral theses completed in the field of Extension Education.
