The 2018 9th National Extension Education Congress (NEEC) on Climate Smart Agricultural Technologies : Innovations and Interventions is the premier forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of Extension Education and research specifically Nutrition-Sensitive Agriculture. NEEC 2018 will bring together leading Extensionist and scientists in extension education and social science from around the world.
The participants may submit conceptual, review, research and case study based papers. An abstract not exceed 500 words excluding the title, authors' names and affiliation. Whenever possible, the abstract should be written in the format shown in the abstract example below covering Introduction, Methodology, Result & Discussion, conclusions. Keywords will be listed in the index (these may be edited for uniformity among abstracts). Select the theme and topics that best fit the abstract content. The abstract may be submitted online latest by March 31, 2018. May 30, 2018 Before submitting your abstract online please carefully select theme, preview and proof read the abstract.
The full length papers are required to be submitted latest by March 31, 2018. May 30, 2018 along with registration fee. Needless to mention that only theme based papers will be screened for publication after the congress is over. Registration form is available on the website of the Society.
Poster or oral presentation: Please indicate the preference for an oral or poster presentation. Selection of oral presentations will be made by the program committee based on significance and quality of the research and representation of scientific themes and topics. We expect to inform authors of abstracts selected for oral presentation by March 15, 2018 June 30, 2018.
Oral presentation: There is a 20 minutes time limit for each presentation, including introduction of the speaker, the presentation and questions.
Poster preparation: The maximum poster size is 32 x 48 inches (80 cm x 120 cm) (width x height). Accessories for mounting of posters will be provided. Author(s) should be present during the designated poster session(s).
